CreativLEI Made is the product of the artistic passions of wife and mother of five small children, Lisa Walters. Growing up in metropolitan New York she studied the fine arts of drawing and painting which led to a position as apprentice to Jennifer Jacobson of Jenna Wear where she learned the art of silk painting with the traditional Japanese method using the shinshi and the harite.
Immersed in color and bold designs for cosmopolitan boutiques, these skills have spilled over into Lisa's love of fiber and paper crafts. Through CreativLEI Made she is proud to bring you original colorways on quality yarns and spinning fibers inspired by both everyday life and foreign travel. Luxury hand-knits, specializing in baby knitwear and knitted shawls, are also available by custom order.
