Payment
PayPal is our preferred method of payment for ease of accounting and shipping. At this time we are not able to accept payment through RME and apologize for any inconvenience that causes.
Payment is expected at the time of sale. Please contact us prior to your purchase if other arrangements need to be made. If no communication is received we reserve the right to re-stock that item.
If you have “stalked” an item for someone else, please contact us immediately with the name and email address of the intended buyer. If contact is not made within the hour the item will be re-stocked.
A minimum 50% deposit is due for all custom items before work begins. You will be kept informed of progress on your project throughout the process. Final payment is due at or before the completion of your item. Items will not ship before balance is received.
Shipping
Our standard shipping is done through the US Postal Service, if you prefer an alternate method please contact us prior to purchase to verify that your choice is available and receive a shipping quote.
We strive to send out your items in a timely manner. All in-stock items will ship within 2 days of completed sale, if circumstances arise that prevent us from doing so we will contact you to make you aware of the situation.
Custom orders take a bit longer. Turnaround time for custom dyed fiber or yarn is approximately 2 weeks (this is sometimes weather dependant, as we will not ship any yarn or fiber unless is has dried completely). Custom spinning and custom hand-knits require approximately 2-4 weeks for completion. If the back-log requires more time we will make you aware of that before accepting payment, to ensure that the available timeframe is satisfactory. If your custom order requires you to send us yarn or fiber the timeline will begin upon receipt of all needed materials.
